Mayfair neighborhood celebrates Palmer’s new playground.

Palmer Elementary school celebrated the groundbreaking for their new Learning Landscape playground that will be ready fall of 2009. The ground breaking ceremony happened on Friday, May 22nd, 2009 at 9:00am on the existing playground behind the school.  The day began with the presentation of the flag and saying the Pledge of Allegiance.
