What was the most expensive home sold in Mayfair in July 2009?

This past month in Mayfair was a fairly active one.  Fifteen homes were sold ranging from a low of $160,000 for a 630 sq. ft townhome with HOA fees of $140 per month to a high of $918,000 for a 3,280 main floor sq. ft plus a finished basement of 1,714 sq. ft for a total sq. ft of 4,413 finished sq. ft.

660 Kearney was the highest priced home that sold in July.  It was built in 2009 by Colorado Custom home builders.

1244 Albion was the lowest priced sale at $160,000.  This home is a townhome and was built in 1940 and offered updated amenities such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, open floor plan with laundry in unit and 1 off street parking space.
