Here are the latest summer home sales statistics in Denver, CO for the Mayfair neighborhood. These stats apply to residential properties sold in the month of July 2012.

Single family homes aren’t staying on the market long. This is good news if you’re thinking of selling your home in central Denver. There were 12 detached homes sold in Mayfair in July 2012 with an average days on market of only 30. The highest priced home sold for $749,000 and the lowest was $233,650, with an average sold price of $411,814.

Town homes, duplexes, and condos are still affordable in Denver. There were 9 properties of this type that sold in the Mayfair neighborhood and their average days on market before going under contract was 51. The highest priced attached dwelling sold for $252,000 and the lowest was a very budget friendly $54,000! The average price for attached homes was $165,499.

Condos & Duplexes There were 6 units sold in May. The average sold price was $138,550 with the highest being $200,000 and the lowest $37,800. Their average days on market was 42.

April 2012 Mayfair Real Estate Market Update Denver, CO

Here’s the latest real estate stats update for the Mayfair neighborhood in Denver, Colorado.

Last month, in April 2012, we had eight condos and duplexes that closed. The average price of those home sales were $147,000. Of the single family, detached homes, there were 13 homes that were sold during April with the average price being $407,000.

New Residences Coming to Mayfair Denver

Check out what’s coming to our Mayfair Denver neighborhood! The old 28-acre University of Colorado Hospital campus is set to be redeveloped. This $180 million redevelopment project will bring new Mayfair Denver residents and shopping to the area around 9th Avenue and Colorado Blvd.  It’s supposed to have about 500 new Denver residencesand 350,000 square feet of commercial retail space.
