2009 is the “The Year of the 1st Time Homebuyer”
I am officially proclaiming 2009 as the “Year of the 1st Time Homebuyer”. Never before have we seen such low interest rates, government incentives up to $8,000 with no need to pay it back and of course, tons of houses to choose from! If you are waiting for the best time to buy a home I encourage to get off the fence and start home shopping soon. These types of deals will soon be gone or remembered fondly by those of you who take my advice. Hope you enjoy the video and it makes you laugh.
